All California public schools serving Transitional kindergarten through eighth grade with over 2,500 students must develop a comprehensive school safety plan, per California Education Code sections 32280-32289. Ms. Maggie Spehar, Director of Student Services, and Mr. Steven Fisher, Program Specialist of Student Services, will share and overview of each site's Comprehensive Safety Plan. The comprehensive school safety plans are a collection of procedures for schools to utilize in the event of an emergency, and provides guidelines which promotes a safe learning space for all. |
