The Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Buildings and Grounds have been working with Centrica Business Solutions Services, Inc. for the past year to review our facilities for energy savings. Centrica is a design/build energy conservation company. Centrica will provide to Cambrian a report that identifies current facility assessment and proposed facility improvement measures (FIMs) that will result in an overall project which, if implemented, results in energy and utility savings that exceed the cost of implementation of such measures. The attached presentation is a summary of the analysis to date. |
