Summary:

As part of Cambrian’s ongoing efforts to better meet the diverse needs of our students, staff is proposing a new job description for a Mental Health Therapist.
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide counseling services that address the emotional and behavioral needs of students to support their academic success and work closely with school staff and district personnel to promote positive student outcomes.
The proposed position is under the direction of the Coordinator of Student Services and the Director of Special Education, and is to be placed on the Classified Salary Schedule.
