Summary:
|
Cambrian School District wishes to renew the legal services of Parker and Covert LLP. Parker and Covert has been providing bond and facilities legal support to the Cambrian School District for over 20 years and has supported the District through three bond construction programs. Despite the inherent risk of legal disputes in construction, Cambrian SD has not been presented with even a single instance of litigation or contractor claims, largely due the legal teams prompt and expert assistance in conflict resolution.
Term of Agreement: July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025
