Summary:
|
If members of the public wish to speak about an item on the agenda, a Speaker Sheet should be completed. The sheet should be presented to the Secretary to the Superintendent prior to the start of the meeting or prior to the start of the Public Comments section of the agenda. Items may be addressed during Public Comments. In accordance with Education Code 35145.5, the Board cannot enter into a formal discussion or make a decision on any matter not on this agenda during this meeting. The Board may take action to refer any subject discussed in a presentation at this Board meeting to a later meeting. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per speaker.
