On January 20, 2022, the Board approved a two-year contract with Chief Financial Officer, Dr. John Pappalardo. The Chief Financial Officer’s base compensation has been amended to reflect the 5% increase provided to all employees, effective July 1, 2021 and an additional 5% increase effective July 1, 2022.
