Summary:
|
In 2019-20 the District awarded the Food Service Management Contract to Sodexo. The contract included an option to annually renew or extend the agreement up to four additional years. The District exercised it's option to extend the contract for last two school years (2020-22) and wishes to extend the Sodexo Food Service Management Contract again for the 2022-23 school year.
This process was reviewed by the California Department of Education to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines and no issues were noted. If approved, Staff will submit the approved and signed documents to the California Department of Education for their review and final approval process.

The Board shall award the Food Service Management Contract Extension with Sodexo for the continuation of food service management and consulting services for the 2022-23 school year as part of the Consent Agenda.
