Summary:
|
On February 22, 2021, the Board approved to move forward with Measure R Phase 1 Modernization Projects. Cambrian wishes to enter into agreement with Managed Facilities Solutions to provide moving materials and move all furniture and boxed items* to a secured location while the HVAC units are installed. The contract includes all furniture and boxed items to be placed back at their original locations in August.
The estimated cost shall not exceed:
Bagby: $23,293.16
Fammatre: $11,675.91
Farnham: $10,009.91
Price: $28,761.91
Sartorette: $7,812.91
*This proposal does not include any electronics, e.g., computers, computer carts, printers, or LCD Displays.
