Summary:

On February 22, 2021, the Board approved to move forward with Measure R Phase 1 Modernization Projects. Cambrian wishes to enter into agreement with EnviroScience, Inc. to ensure Bagby, Fammatre, Farnham, Price and Sartorette, are free and clear of all hazardous materials for the HVAC unit installations. The estimated cost shall not exceed $158,480.
