Summary:

As per the Phase 1 Modernization Projects approved by the Board, District staff moved forward with obtaining bids from various vendors to replace the aging HVAC systems at Bagby, Fammatre, and Price Middle School.
Following the Measure R Construction Program Change Order Procedures approved on September 16, 2021, Chief Financial Officer, Mr. John Pappalardo, awarded the Abatement Trades Contact to PARC Specialty Contractors at the lowest bid amount of $149,425.
