Summary:

On February 22, 2021, the Board approved to move forward with Measure R Phase 1 Modernization Projects. Cambrian wishes to enter into agreement with Construction Inspection Services Inc.. Construction Inspection Services will ensure the alterations to buildings, classrooms, fire alarm upgrades, and the HVAC replacements comply with building codes, ordinances, regulations, and contract specifications.
This service agreement is needed to obtain Division of State Architect (DSA) certification and allow the District to complete the project in a timely fashion before the start of school in August of 2022.
Attached are the service agreements for Bagby, Fammatre, Farnham, Price, and Sartorette. Each agreement specifies the description of the site project and terms of compensation.
