Summary:
|
As per the Phase 1 Modernization Projects approved by the Board, District staff moved forward with obtaining bids from various vendors to replace the aging HVAC systems at Bagby, Fammatre, and Price Middle School. The results of the bid opening on February 17, 2022, are attached. A total of 13 contractor bids were received covering the four (4) construction trade bid packages.
Staff will present the findings from the contractors evaluations and discuss the project budget implications.

Staff recommends awarding the General Trades Contract for the HVAC Project to Beals Martin based on their low bid in the amount of $2,794,153.
