Summary:
If members of the public wish to address the Board on an individual agenda item and/or item not on the agenda, the subject matter must be withing the jurisdiction of Cambrian’s Governing School Board. Public Comment Form should be completed and presented to the Secretary to the Superintendent prior to the start of the meeting or prior to the start of the Public Comments section of the agenda. • Individual speakers will be allowed up to three (3) minutes on each agenda item • Total public input on each subject/item is limited to 20 minutes (Bylaw 9323) • Individuals may not defer their time to another individual speaker • Cambrian values the confidentiality of students and staff members. NON-AGENDA ITEMS may be addressed during the Public Comments Agenda item. ITEMS ON THE AGENDA may be addressed during the time the Board considers the agenda item OR during Public Comments. PUBLIC HEARINGS may be addressed during the time of the Public Hearing. In accordance with Cambrian School District’s Bylaw 92323 and Education Code 35145.5, the Board cannot enter into a formal discussion or make a decision on any matter not on this agenda. The Board may take action to refer any subject discussed or commented on at this Board meeting to a later meeting.
