Summary:
One of the roles of the Governing Board is to ensure District Board policies are reviewed, added, removed and kept up to date in order to keep the District legally compliant. Conflict of Interest Bylaw and Exhibit 9270 The Political Reform Act requires every local government agency to review its conflict of interest code biennially (every even-numbered year) to determine if it is accurate or if the code must be amended.
